Description:

We commenced with a ‘master plan’ for the school that analysed the potential growth of the school over the next five to ten year period. The ‘master plan’ identified requirements that were vital to the health and sustainable of the school, which went beyond the initial brief.

Auxiliary facilities incorporated into the project, as identified by the ‘master plan’ included:

• Separate Entry to improve the access and safety for the Prep and Grade 1 students
• New Music Room
• New Canteen
• Enlarged and improved amenities
• Improved internal access and circulation

The project was in close partnership with the parish, the school and Brisbane Catholic Education. We incorporated this facilities with the local community every step of the way, resulting in the community taking a close ownership of the project.

This close collaboration with all stakeholders resulted in the projected being delivered before schedule and below budget.
